The Z portable short-circuiting device is designed for fast, easy and reliable short-circuiting the line conductors of power networks and indoor and out-door electrical equipment of low, medium and high voltage, for different one second rated currents Ir up to 31.5 kA. They should be used in the situations when service staff is not sure as far as the properties of the existing earthing equipment is concerned and there is no possibility to use the P earthing device extension.
